HVDC Research Center (the Center), established in 2013, is mainly engaged in fundamental theory study, key technology research, core equipment development, system integration, simulation and test in the fields of Classic HVDC (LCC-HVDC), HVDC Flexible (VSC-HVDC) and DC grid.
