On July 4, 2018, the two-day “2nd HVDC Transmission Summit” was held in Brussels, Belgium. Co-sponsored by Global Energy Interconnection Research Institute and University of Leuven, this Summit invited numerous renowned experts and enterprises from domestic and foreign countries.

Dr. Zha Kunpeng, General Manager of C-EPRI, was invited to this Summit, and delivered a keynote speech themed on “C-EPRI LCC &VSC HVDC experience and technology”. Dr. Zha shared C-EPRI’s experience in equipment R&D and project implementation, prospected into the latest trend of VSC-HVDC and DC grids at home and abroad as well. Such academic exchanges will help overseas personages to have an in-depth understanding of C-EPRI, push the integrated solutions on HVDC transmission of C-EPRI and its own products to the overseas market.
